PROTECTION OF TRADEMARK
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Franchisee promises to report any misuse or misconduct of franchisers trademark system, network, or procedures immediately to franchiser. Franchisee will take no action with regard to unjust acts by competition or other offenders, than swift and immediate communication to franchiser.
